
These are pictures from when my inlaws came to visit. The kids LOVED the beach even though we didn't intend for them to go this particular day. The bottom "sand" is DCWV Travel stack, the patterned paper at the top I really am not sure...I've had it a long time, the tags were cut from the Citrus 4.5x6.5 stack and I used an emory board on them. The title was cut using CTMH blue...I don't know the official color...and using Opposites Attract. I used the emory board again. I really liked how it gives it a worn, weathered look, like it has been hit with the sun, sand, and waves! I am definitely going to keep this in my line up of things to use!!

Great take on the challenge at Practical Scrappers! Don't you just love using emory boards/sanding on cardstock?! One of my favoriet techniques!:)

I think you're right, the white core sanded down has a really cool weathered look, perfect for a beach themed page!
