More organization...I promise if you knew me, you would not be impressed. I have these sheets that block off every day of the week. In it I write what I want to cover with my students daily. From there I write my lesson plans. It helps me see a big picture and figure out when tests need to happen, what I can move around due to holidays and other random stuff that coes up.
